Our promise The Studio Moderna will not allow or pursue retaliation of any kind against any individual because that individual has raised a concern and submitted a Call to Action report or a question in good faith. No individual will be threatened (either overtly or impliedly) or adversely affected by retaliation or retribution, because of a concern or complaint, participation in an investigation into a complaint, or refusal to engage in unethical behaviour or fraudulent & corrupt activities. ABC Transparency GmbH is securing your technical anonymity and ensuring that your identity cannot be traced by technical means. Data processing Studio Moderna d.o.o., Slovenia is the controller of the submitted personal data In the event individual selects specific Studio Moderna entity for reporting, joint controllership between that entity and Studio Moderna d.o.o., Slovenia is established.

The application, its webpages, as well as the database in which the personal data and information that you submit are stored, are operated by ABC Transparency GmbH, Switzerland, on behalf of the organization. ABC Transparency GmbH is processing your personal data and informaton as a processor of personal data, subject to the instructions received from Studio Moderna. The database is encrypted and hosted on virtual servers located in the EU. The reports and questions relating to the organization’s Russian entity are submitted through the webpages and stored in a database all hosted on the virtual server in Russia. For the purpose of processing your report, the personal data and information may be accessed, processed and used by the responsible personnel at the organization. The assigned personnel at ABC Transparency GmbH has access to the database exclusively for the purpose of technical maintenance. If necessary, personal data and information may be disclosed to the police and/or other enforcement or regulatory authorities. The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed in accordance with the organization's policies as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions.

Attach documents
Prior to their attachment, check your files for metadata that may reveal your identity. We recommend uploading the documents in a pdf format or sending it in a paper to the address Studio Moderna d.o.o., Call to Action, Litostrojska 52, Ljubljana, Slovenia (if sending the documents by post, please write your username which will be assigned to you upon completion of your submission).
You may submit your Call to Action report or question anonymously, or you may decide to disclose your identity to the Call to Action Officer either now or at a later stage. In both cases you will be assigned a username and password, which you will need to access your inbox. Disclosed ID of the reporting person usually allows for a more productive and efficient processing of the report and his/her protection against retaliation. Please refer to the Studio Moderna's policies for further details on protection against retaliation and confidentiality.
For the purpose of processing your Call to Action report or question the personal data may be accessed, processed and used by the authorized personnel of the Studio Moderna. If necessary, personal data may be disclosed to the police and/or other enforcement or regulatory authorities. The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed according to the organization's policy and as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions, or to provide clarifications for the submitted question. The Studio Moderna warrants for privacy of the personal data and shall treat them in accordance with the relevant personal data protection laws. You are entitled to get acquainted with your personal data, to receive your personal data in a generally readable electronic format, provide corrections and request that the processing of your personal data be limited. The right to deletion of your personal data is limited with the legitimate interest of the organization described above.
